Red Launcher Crashes and becomes stripes

Every time I launch the game from Steam, the Red Launcher opens for a split second and then reduces into stripe artifacts like the picture below.
I have tried to reinstall the game and delete the settings files, but neither has worked so far. I can run the game directly from the exe, but I would still like the launcher to be fixed.

I'm not 100% sure but I think RedLauncher files are located here > %userprofile%\Saved Games\CD Projekt Red\
So try to delete them in case. These files aren't removed when uninstalling the game, so if a file is corrupted, it will "stay" corrupted no matter what.
If it doesn't work, you should contact GOG support as suggested by CDPR :

When you report the issue to the support, please attach the logs of REDlauncher. You can find them here:

• '%localappdata%\Programs\CD Projekt Red\REDlauncher\logs'
• '%localappdata%\Programs\CD Projekt Red\REDlauncher\debug.log'

Apart from it, there are two options you could also try to fix the issue:
1. remove web cache folder of REDlauncher:
Please, remove the '%localappdata%\Programs\CD Projekt Red\REDlauncher\web-engine-storage' folder and then relaunch the game from Steam Launcher.

2. remove whole REDlauncher directory:
Please remove or just rename the '%localappdata%\Programs\CD Projekt Red\REDlauncher' folder and then relaunch the game from Steam Launcher. REDlauncher should be then reinstalled automatically.

I have the same problem. I did this, but my problem persists.

I am also running into this problem. It occurs roughly 30% of the time when I attempt to launch the game through GoG. Please find attached screenshot, logs, and dxdiag.

Also happening here. Do you guys all have Radeon GPUs? I've seen the same problem in 3 different posts on Reddit and they're all Radeon. Mine's an RX 7600

I have this issue as well with a Radeon 7900 XT with the latest drivers. Sometimes it displays fine and sometimes it just goes to stripes. None of the resolutions provided work. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the redlauncher.
