For the quest "Red Prophet" you need to hack the last terminal, for which you are given only 6 seconds to hack, although the other terminals are 20-30 seconds. I tried to pass about 1.5 hours, but it did not work. There are no skills that allow hacking, and a video on how to increase this time is old (before update 2.0). I tried to change the cyberdeck and implants, but this time does not increase there either. Is this a quest bug or a creative idea? Thanks in advance.

So not sure about this one in particular, but some breach protocols have a predefined buffer size, no matter your cyberdeck or skills. Like the one for hacking the chip Meredith Stout give you during "the pick up" quest to buy the flathead to the maelstromers.
And you should be able to complete the hack on your screenshot with the buffer size available

Doesn't deactivating the BP Timer in the options help in this case?

So yeah, if you only have 6s to complet it, it's a bug. If you use or used mods, it could be because of them. Since 2.0, I don't think you can increase the timer in any way, but like @Schachmatt222 said, in theory, you can now disable entirely the time of hacking mini-games in the game settings.
