There's a REDEngine re exporter for 3ds Max only.
So you'll need 3dsmax. Since Sketchup can export dae you could import it to 3ds Max (didn't test it).

Then export as re.

I think FBX support should be enough as the format is supported by a number of available software.

not sure how it's with FBX support in non Autodesk software. Collada have even wider support and its not encrypted. I was telling that like half year ago
