REDKit Depot won't generate

As the title says, the redkit just refuses to generate the depot. I think it's because it's getting caught on this "initializing RTTI..." thing but I can't find any info on that either. I tried play with compatibility/admin settings but those didn't work. Then I tried validating the redkit/TW3 files both but it still doesn't work. I've got no idea what to do at this point. Any ideas?

I never used RedKit, but on your screenshot the directory for the depot is "empty", so you're sure your created a folder somewhere on your drive and selected it?
Seems required in order to proceed

jesus wept lmao. silly me for assuming it would make one. I always get sketched about making my own file structure. this is why there should always be written instructions. thanks in any case.
