REDKit website down?

Hi, I wanted to play some more new adventures on The Witcher saga, cause I'm really missing it. So I decided to play a mod called Lykaon for TW2. Problem is, I need REDKit to install it, and unfortunately the website where I must download it is apparently down.

Someone can confirm this is a temporary matter? Or it's just abandoned? Thanks :affection:

It may be a temporary issue, but it is still possible to get the download links from a cached version of the page if you search for "witcher 2 redkit download" or similar:

For installing mods, you do not actually need the editor, only patch 3.4/3.4.1. The Steam version of the game already includes that.

Oh! Okey!

But the mod website says I need to extract the folder into MyDocuments/Witcher2/UserContent, and then go into the game, click "New Game" and then click "User Content".

The problem is first of all that there isn't any folder called UserContent xD and secondly, in "new game" option there is not an option called "User Content".

Have you ideas on how should install this? D:

Alright, Nvm! Solved it!

I manually created the folder "UserContent" and putted the mod there, and puff! User Content Manager detected the mod!

Glad to hear you've got it sorted!

Not sure what issues were had with the website, but I tried to get on the same day as you and it was out for scheduled maintenance, which only usually takes a few hours or so
