When i open the witcher 3 with red launcher it always show this log:

When using administrator privileges to switch the Witcher exe and REDlauncher, the crash logs do not appear, but instead, even after manually deleting the save files, they remain intact when the game is restarted

It's a bit tricky to say much about that error as you didn't provide any infos regarding your PC setup. And I don't know if you are playing with mods or not, which could also cause all sorts of issues.

But hopefully CDPR support can help you if you reach out to them.
