REDlauncher login browser tab won't pop up (and sometimes it says I'm offline)

Some time ago I had an issue with the launcher itself not starting. Today it got resolved and I don't know how. Now there's another problem, whenever I click on the "Sign in" button it says "Go to your browser to sign in. not seeing the browser tab? Try again" and of course, "trying again" doesn't work. I know it's not an issue with my browser because other links in the launcher can open up browser tabs for me but the sign in thingy doesn't work... it's frustrating cuz I want to get the "My Rewards" stuff.

Make sure that your adblocker isn't blocking anything.

Also, verify/repair could be worth trying.

Hi there. I already contacted their support. just wanted to see if anyone has experienced this issue and see if they were able to resolve it.
