REDLauncher SOLVED/but not optimus

REDLauncher stay in bar and impossible play ; before not trouble and i lose all my save too in steam because​

1 - i have format pc
2- i move the bouton cloud lol i have think is temporary off cloud and i back bouton nothing in cloud lol Wtf *
Then i need help for redlaucher plz

I played 90 hours and no problem when phantom liberty was released
after reinstalling it worked but with big bugs of song and slowness, song not resolved and before 0 problem I think it is since the patch that the game becomes unplayable.
and now the redlauncher remains blocked in the taskbar
otherwise pc up to date and ok
And i can play but only if i start the cyberpunk.exe in the bin folder redlaucher can't and i can't log in because i need red laucher for sign in ; and i can't get my reward stuff . because in game is writted error need start redlaucher first

Problem solved normally my pc works with two graphics cards one intel and one nvidia normally everything works well with all the other games
but I deactivated the intel and redlaucher and appeared lol
but it is not the same power without but two cards there is an update problem from cyberpunk because before zero problem as I said presedament
Then solution for redlaucher and deactivate the graphic card in the device manager

Keep in mind that a game's performance can be affected a lot by the GPU driver version. And there's also the question if you are playing with exactly the same settings as before. Small changes (for example resolution or shadows...) can have a significant impact.

From your description it's difficult to say much more about the issue, as we know little so about your system. If you reach out to CDPR support as suggested you should also mention if you ever had mods installed.
