Redlauncher won't start

Hi. Playing Witcher 3 through GOG and Cyberpunk through Steam.

Yesterday the Redlauncher stopped working - can't run the game from Steam or GOG. The games work fine when starting them manually through /bin .exe file.

Tried deleting files from %appdata%/local/programs and literally every single fix I could find online. Nothing helps.

I need Redlauncher to play with mods.

Running RX 9070 XT with the latest drivers.

Is there a solution to this?

Sometimes it also helps to think about what changed:
did you install a mod, update one of these games or did something else change on your system that could have caused the issue?

I tried these steps, as mentioned in the initial post. Clean install of both games too. I didn't mod anything. I didn't change anything. It worked fine for about a week since I started playing & then simply stopped working.

Seems like I'm not the only one... Some people on Steam Community also mentioned this issue and the fix not being valid anymore.
