From tabletop to digital streets of Night City!

Mark your calendars as the one and only Mike Pondsmith joins us on a special episode of REDstreams this Thursday!

If you ever wondered what inspired Mike to create Cyberpunk 2013 and 2020, what was his reaction to Keanu as Johnny Silverhand or what it's like to be Maximum Mike, you can't miss this stream.

When: Thursday, October 30th, 5 PM CET

Where: https://www.youtube.com/@CyberpunkGame and

See you in chat, choombas!

I hope Mike still has his hands on the reins for this IP because after seeing some of the creative leads for this sequel I'm seriously concerned it's going to be a proper adaptation.

Talsorian Games have people dedicated to the respect of the lore directly working with CDPR. Mike isn't directly implicated with CDPR but seems to look at this regularly (there is an interview about this).

What do you mean?
Was there an interview with them? If so, please share the link :)

I truly could have sat through many more hours listening to Pondsmith talk Cyberpunk. Really enjoyed the vibes in this stream too. Chatters had good chill vibes and the love was felt throughout for Mike. Thank you so much Amelia and Laura for conducting this awesome talk/interview with the main man himself. Always awesome to hear his thoughts and opinions on not just the game, but the real world aspects that inspired it. Especially with all the concerning events we're seeing these days irl. haha

Thanks again! :) (y)

I never paid attention to these tabletop games but seeing how so many CP 2077 characters were already in these, it’s compelling.
There doesn’t seem to be much novel on these, am I wrong?
I’d read that.

There is quite a lot stuff to read, a lot of lore. For those who want learning more stuff about Cyberpunk, definitely something to take a look at. Even without playing the TTRPG ;)
For example, The Fall Of The Towers, the events at the Arsaka tower are in Cyberpunk Red (it could provide a different point of view about what happened)

Did you check out the free source book for Cyberpunk 2020 that was included in your free content vault for the 2077 game?
It's 258 pages worth of reading material (PDF format) and some cool art from the late 1980s. ;)
