oh my gods, thank you CD projekt what a surprise this game has sick potential!! I dream of a casino (in space), a new apartment or a villa... a flying car... I can't wait for tomorrow
thank you really!!!
thank you really!!!
This is just a subjective taste, for me first person perspective adds more to the immersion. But if they add both modus in the new Cyberpunk, that would only be a win-win situation.Cyberpunk 2077 was a milestone in the gaming industry, it innovated in the narrative and brought a universe very little known to most people, the cyberpunk universe. I never imagined that I would see a game based on cyberpunk fiction literature, and that's why I was so excited when I saw the teaser for the first time. that retrofuturistic technology from the 1980s with that Blade Runner air, that got me. I think that in the next Cyberpunk game they don't leave the third-person mode aside, create a dense atmosphere of social chaos, and with the third-person camera we will be able to see our black overcoat swaying in the smoke, the contemplative walk of the character, his glasses that an artificial intelligence to scan places and obtain information, And who knows, put dialogues generated by artificial intelligence according to the life story of each character, their past, present and their future goals. I think you can make a cyberpunk game that will blow minds

I just have to thank CD Project for the existence of Cyberpunk 2077. unlike other companies, which have been in the RPG market for so many years, when it comes to producing a new consistent and interesting IP, they cannot innovate or apply quality to the product, leaving a mediocre product, but CD Project Red has always been different. I know there were problems with the development of CP2077, but we understand that you at CD Project are not robots, you are human beings and you were full of problems to solve. in the end everything worked out and Cyberpunk also became one of the best games ever made, as expected from CD. it's a shame Cyberpunk lost GOTY because of these problems, I was rooting for him a lot, but that's okay, what matters is that for me it was Goty. Goty is something so meaningless that RED DEAD REDEMPTION was left out of Goty. Does it make sense? Don't do it. good.. thank you CDProject for this fantastic project.
I really wonder what kind of a new features those could be that the game not already has.Join us for a new episode of #REDstreams, where we'll dive deep into the new features Coming Soon TM for Cyberpunk 2077 in Update 2.2!
"There there"... If you're on Steam, select "Only update this game when I launch it", then make a backup of the game and all the mods in it. When it says that it needs an update, do not launch the game but switch Steam to offline mode first then exit and restart it. You can then launch the game and it will not update.I just modded my game yesterday, FUUUUUUUUUUUCK.

You can play other games online so long you do not launch Cyberpunk when it says it needs an update. Just make sure you restart Steam every time you're swapping online/offline mode.
In the unfortunate event that you inadvertently update Cyberpunk, let it update. Then, when it's done, do not delete it on Steam, but instead delete or remove its folder out of the common folder, and swap it with the backed up folder and your mods. Steam will then verify that version and start it when it's done.
Never let Steam verify that version again, else it will update that version to the latest version!
Tip: Make a habit of backing up the version of the game you're playing once every month.
The major mods have gotten good at quick updates. CET almost runs on autopilot these days. If people will just be patient, everything will probably be working again within a day. Of course people aren't going to be patient though. That's a lot of unecessary steps.
All you need to do is turn off auto updates so Steam doesn't update the game without your consent.
Then you can run the game from the .exe without ever needing to open Steam. Make a shortcut to it for convenience.
That's the whole point of CDPR's DRM free policy. You actually own the product. Also why people should buy on GOG instead of Steam but I digress.
Also, queue a whole bunch of people complaining the update broke their game because of mods. As if this hadn't been a thing forever.
Of course people aren't going to be patient though.
I guess we'll find out the extent of the changes in about an hour. Looking forward to seeing what it is. Christmas 15 days early?
Get ready, chooms! It's gonna be fire!
