REFUND ACCEPTED - Humble Store

State of the game on Windows 7 is completely unacceptable to be honest so I just sent a ticket asking for a refund through the Humble Store. Anyone have any experience with this?

I only bought it through those guys because it was a GOG key and because they sent me an e-mail saying if I did I'd get a free month of Humble Monthly (which I did).

Just wondering if anyone else has had any success with it?

Just an update, got my refund (store credit is what I asked for) accepted through Humble. All done.

Might check back in on this game in a year when it's not an unoptimised, empty, buggy mess. Until then, good luck guys.

different vendors have different rules, if you've tried twice now.... maybe 3rd time lucky? lol

Not many. The crashes and performance issues (on my rig I can play Doom Eternal at 60 FPS on ultra-max settings so for those reading who think it's my rig, it isn't) stopped me from getting too many hours in. Maybe 3 or 4 hours?

But I bought it through Humble Store (GOG version).
