Refund request still unanswered & questions about CE

Hey there,

CP2077 CE owner. I contacted GOG-Support on january 17th. Received an automated mail asking if I'm okay with a GOG wallet refund. I agreed but also asked if the game activation code gets reset (since I want to sell my CE).

Been 6 days now, no activity on my GOG wallet nor emails.

Considering the extreme marketing communication (hype) CDPR was doing prior to release this is a total joke; not meaning to blame the employees, mind you.

What's the next step to get a refund if the official support is not doing anything? :disapprove:
