Regarding Enter the Dragon Main Quest

i dropped all my weapons in my inventory in "Enter the Dragon" Quest, View attachment 4764
i defeated the Dragon using Signs, so i wonder, from where did he grabbed sword?, View attachment 4763
is this error in Act III of witcher 2 game?

Scripted cutscenes like that one will use whatever the script requires, whether or not it is in your inventory. So, yeah, it's a bug, somewhat less severe than having the game stop at the cutscene because a sword is expected and you don't have one. And you get the satisfaction of having reported this one, which at least I haven't seen before.

He also always uses a basic steel sword I think, regardless of which sword you have equipped, like The Caerme or The forgotten Vran or whatever. Also why in the world is he using a steel sword and not his silver one against a dragon is disturbing.
