I killed one of the cyberpsycos and Regina didn't call me before I did. I go back to the area and just some NPC's hanging around nothing to scan. Quest is Little China if that makes a difference.
She doesnt call you on every cyber psycho sighting. Sometimes you just have to send her a message after the mission.
By the cyberpsycho sighthings whith question mark that are not marked on the map directly, but as "what you might find here?" Regina doesnt call you first, instead you will have to send her a message after you find some information on the victim. This actual one in little china might be the one where she calls, I´m not sure about that though.
