Regina Jones Gigs are bugged for me.

My 3rd playtrhough and this is the first time I encountered this problem. ( So I think this is rare )
PC, playing through GOG Galaxy - game version 1.06.

Bug looks like this, god I hope this makes sense:

step 1 - I complete GIG - Silence, no exp, no street cred, no phone call.
step 2 - I reveal completely new GIG - Regina Jones calls me and congratulate me for the previous GIG, but never talks about current one , untill I reveal another GIG.
step 3 - I reveal another GIG she starts to give me intel about previous GIG i took a while ago.

It's complete madness and every time she calls me, it sounds like a dialogue with crazy person ( or Oblivion NPC ).

If anyone knows how to fix this bug without loosing my progress. Please share

PS. In attachement is the GIG that I think bugged it. I failed this GIG but than it was available again for some reason, without any description. I also can't do it anymore.

I saw somebody mention a solution for this.

Do this(I think):
step 1 - reveal gig, don't do it yet
step 2 - reveal another gig, she will play last gig - go do it now

I think this is how they fixed it.

Ok I tested it and no change.

Still endless loop of Regina calling me from the "past".

Well, I atleast advice save before entering atleast considering Monster Hunt because Jotaro Shobo has chance not spawning and I had massive visual bugs on that mission!
