Reginas voice dialogue is half missing

Whenever I do a Gig for Regina the first part of her voice dialogue is missing, were not talking lag I mean it just isn't there just silence. This has just started after updating to patch 1.12 for me

I had a similiar problem with Dakota. Did you try verifying, repairing the install? Solved it for me.

Don't worry, I have the same problem and not just with Regina.
Since update 1.12, the game behaves, for my part, often in a strange way, what is more, many more game crashes. in particular to pass from bad lands to my flat.

Reporting same issue on patch 1.12.

No mods and tried verifying & repairing the install with no success.
