Registration e-Mail Wiki

Registered a few days ago on the wiki-page.
Still waiting for my confirmation e-Mail.
I have already checked all folders in my e-Mail account, incl. Spam.

Well, I looked for a post like this for days because we have the same problem.

Like Ensi_Ferrum already mentioned in his or her post: We do not get any type of confirmation e-mail. - But what I do get is this error on the registration Page:

It is in German (sorry for that) but it basicly says, that there is an error with the following functions: "feature_trackers", "feature_ajax" and "wikiplugin_tracker".
At least I hope that this was helpful.

same problem for me, tried multiple email addresses but no confirmation email.
