Remote home streaming lag

Hello, i use the xbox to stream my game on the same network over cable to my pc, it work fine with all games, but cyberpunk, as soon the xbox start streaming to my pc the game is just a lag fest.

I tried on performance and at 4k or 1440p with same results.

Any one else noticed this?
