Removing dropped loot from the game/looting unreachable dropped item

I dropped an item and it glitched to an unreachable location (a few meters in the air), and now every time I go to Oxenfurt I have to see it appear on the map and world. Is there any way to remove all dropped items from the world or toggle a zero-gravity mode in order to reach it? Thank you.
