Repaying Vivaldi Bank Loan no longer giving 13xp

Can someone else verify this? For the past 6 versions of this game paying back Vivaldis 100 crowns loan with 130 crowns would gain 13 xp.

Is it working at lower levels?

Looks like another stealth nerf as i can not find it anywhere in the changelog for 1.07

lol yeah he is

but he has been a handy way to keep leveling after level 36-37 for me and was completely necessary to make level 41 for the high level Skellige DLC armor.

don't know about per hour but i sure needed him around level 36-37

Really? How much time you spent doing this??? As said before, on PC you could just add the amount of XP you want, if not then "the way of the warrior" quest (or something like that) glitch in An Skellige grant you 50xp per approximately 5 seconds and that still works with 1.07, can't use it if you already finished the quest though.
