Reporting Tech Support Issues for Gwent (Update 22.05.2018)

When posting in the Gwent technical forums please:
  1. Post one issue at a time. It is much easier to reply to issues for everyone - other users, moderators and Reds - when one topic contains input regarding one issue.
  2. Information on the platform, the context and frequency of the occurrence of the issue is required.
  3. Title your thread to inform other users of the relevant issue. Thread titles may be altered from time to time by the moderators so that they accurately reflect the topic of the thread.

Please keep in mind that you may well encounter bugs and other issues. Even though the Reds do frequently read this forum, the most efficient way of getting issues fixed is to contact CDPR directly via their reporting system. If you feel you have encountered a bug in the beta you may let them know about it via the report form here:https://www.playgwent.com/en/contact-support.

We also have a "Search Forum" function, which gives you an option to see if your issue has already been posted here. Keeping similar issues in one place makes things easier for everyone. If you can't find appropriate thread, then you can start new one. If the search gives you only white blank page, try to spam refreshing.
