Oh my, me too and I'm well aware of how weird it may sound, but seeing that 'Judy Alvarez sent you a message'' had me smiling like a child.

It was just very well written, and especially nice to see interactions after Pyramid Song.

I mean, yeah, I expect the romance partners to have the most dialogue in any hangout system they decide to implement, but I see myself calling Takemura or Rogue for some fun time, again, they way you could in GTAIV (2008), where you could call your love interest and have additional choices with them, but you could also call up your friends or cousin to go bowling.

Rogue is more Johnny's thing, I see her and V's relationship as strictly business. Additionally, I don't see Goro as the socialising type, ahahha. Although I do see what you mean.

Also, I see them implementing some of the cut lines into their game in some way, it's not a secret that voice actors for games record thousands of lines, from which a big percentage ends up cut. In game like this, I see them used in other ways, hopefully they do.

Doubly so for Cyberpunk, as the game definitely had alot of scope creep. Even if they have nothing, most major voice actors/actresses have very suitable home recording equipment. Considering future DLC, I really hope they dont go the mass effect route of simply ignoring existing characters and giving them nothing, making them feel out of place. If theydont, new voice lines could just be recorded during the DLC creation process for the main game.

As for additional activities, imagine them actually allowing you to do anything with anyone, and you end up convincing Judy that Nomad life is actually awesome, or get Panam to enjoy city more by having her spend more time with you there, than talking them up into something... I mean, this game leaves a lot to be desired.

Totally. I'm hopeful because the fact that the launch had problems has caused everyone to accentuate the positives about the game. Mainly the absolutely stellar work that has been done with the characters. I hope CDPR take the positive feedback on board and really make the game into what their vision was, they've got one hell of a starting point.

Tho, we still don't know we'd do any of this, even tho I hope from the bottom of my heart that they do.

I'm more hopeful than not. I'm planning to do another run through when patch #1 drops and dependent on what is in that and #2 will give us a pretty good idea what their direction for the game is. If we get loads of cut npc content we know that we can rest easy that they'll prolly add hang-outs in the future.

I fucking love Judy. Did I say that?
Judy gang represent. I'm not going to be able to do any other romances in the game now. I'm just thankful that the game picks for me when I create my character (male = panam/female = judy) otherwise I'd feel really bad for ignoring panam every single time, ahahah. How's that for a weird statement?

So, in a perfect Cyberpunk world, would everyone be bi?
They probably want to have set sexuality since they want diversity, although that wouldn't explain Kerry whose bisexuality was changed specifically to fit their number, not sure why they couldn't use River who is a new character. Judy was decided by the developers to be lesbian to add to her history or story since she did talk a lot about other females. The thing is that if Panam was the lesbian option, I feel like the exact conversation people have about Judy currently will just transfer to Panam. With over 13 millions players, 1 option per sexuality is likely not gonna be able to satisfy everyone. They probably could have aim for 2, like adding another bisexuality option for male or female V or something, at least people would have more choices, even if romance isn't the focus of the game, I feel like.

I know there are trillions of threads on romance dlc stuff so I'll keep my post brief but I thought of some nice touches for things involving Judy

So in agree with what's been suggested for example:
  1. Hang out dialogue
  2. More romantic dialogue/texts
  3. Sleep/stay over at LI apartment or invite them to yours
  4. Do side quests
  5. Dates
  6. Sexy time
So I thought of some more Judy specific things

Drunk Judy: If judy gets drunk and texts you that shes out or maybe her friends call and ask you to take care of her. Then you can bridal carry her to her room and put her to bed.

Judy and V pays a visit to Evelyn's grave and pay respects (also trash talk woodman if his grave is there) This could be a recurring thing with new dialogue each time.

Be able to take Judy to the afterlife on a night out/date and create a new drink together with V and judy choosing the ingredients. Claire obliges and names it after Evelyn.

Judy helps you try out new brain dances that can become little quests that you have to complete which helps enrich her work as a bd specialist.

I hope that CDPR are doing well and they are on track to make the game as great as it can be. Love the game to bits and would love extra Judy dlc ( other LI of course as well)

Judy's the best character of the game. Because her whole questline ties in so many things about what it truly means for regular people to live in Night City.
Palmer ? She's a nomad, a high ranked one. Kerry ? He's loaded with money. River ? He's a cop, he's got some ways to survive on his own and a family around him. Rogue ? She's broken, but she's a living legend.

Judy's got pretty much nothing. She's just another soul. She's that anonymous waitress you see at night doing shifts in a crappy restaurant by Kabuki, while some Tyger Claws are lurking behind, because she has to live on, hoping one day the tables will turn. She's that person who learned to grow up in such a hostile environnement she shuts down everyone trying to reach for her and help her, taking care of things herself. A citizen of a city going crazy and eating its inhabitants alive. Yet she's not ready to give up. She's the most relatable character in this game, and she definitely needs more content, whether you romance her or not.

The last time a series of quests devastated me so much in a video game, was the first time I played Scenes from a marriage in Heart of Stones.

She deserves more content, I'll take anything involving her, be it text, quests, cameos, quick dialogs.

It makes it even better, when you consider the fact that she could easily be rich as hell, if you read her mails you can see she had lot of job propositions from corpos. I'm not even talking about her invention of turning dolls into super soldiers, which as V said could make her the richest Judy on the continent. She just simply doesn't want to contribute to making this already shitty world even worse. You just can't run out of reasons to love this character.

This, for me she is easily most loved video game character alongside with Arthur Morgan, I just can't get enough of her. If they are going to release any dlc containing more of Judy you can be sure I'm gonna buy that shit no matter what.

I totally agree with you! that would be amazing to visit the afterlife with judy! :) just thinking about that makes me smile :ohstopit:

I dont lie if i tell you that i am still playing cyberpunk only because im waiting for more content with judy, i need more of this beautiful character, she (and the other romances) has so much potential to add to the game.. bringing more life and depth to the main story and even after completing the game.

Cyberpunk has many good things, but in my opinion the characters and the feeling you get from them is on another level, implementing more interactions and features with the actual romances, could mark the difference between an empty world and a world full of interest and interaction with the players. V is a fixer, can blow everything up, but i love the moments when we (V) open our hearth to another character who is so delicate as judy is. it just blow my mind, so yeah as you can see i cant desire more the adding of more content for judy and the rest of romances, cause it will make the experience of a lot of players who loves CDPR games like a real dream

All we are saying is easy to do from the dev team, i cant stand with the idea that a comun npc on the street has more life and interaction than our romances at the end of the game. Im sure many of the devs of cdpr who worked with this beautiful characters in the game, would love to see more interaction in NC with them, cause they deserve to create feelings for the player for ages! i could play this game for many years if they give us the opportunity to roleplay in NC with Judy/Panam/Kerry/River :D.

Can you imagine the day when you will enter to judyยดs house and you dont see her at the window.. so she comes out of her studio (giving judy the possibility to do different kind of things inside the house like braindance, sitting in sofa, looking at the window, sleeping and this kind of things as other users said in other threads :) ) and tells you "hey V! you look great! what about if we hang out later to a bar or something? WOOW

Amen to all you said !! i would pay too for sure!!

Thank you for the reference, I missed my Niko.
I shall definitely turn that game on after all these years in Los Santos.

That was 2008 and without even thinking about it, you'd get a call from characters to hang-out. And I swear I love GTAIV (more than even GTAV (2013)), but those characters despite being entertaining were not half as likeable as ones in Cyberpunk.

Come on CD Project Red, let me have my Judy down the seaside with a blunt in my hands talking about how world is going to shit... While having Johnny occasionally remind me that I got a chip in my head slowly killing me.

Somebody told me how they shall add more characters, as we got what we had from these, and we shall focus on the others, and tho it might be true, I just believe they got some of the best characters in gaming's recent history, and I really want as many possible interactions as possible. THROW. EVERYTHING. AT. ME. POLACKS.

As for the recordings, I can't really talk too much as I don't really know, but hopefully they decide to so, because let's be honest, when there is will, there is a way.

I also want to end this post by saying Judy is awesome and you did hurt me when she decided to leave at the end, but I'm willing to excuse you with some future downloadable content related to, previously mentioned, Judy Alvarez.

Plus at the end of the game, on the roof with Misty. We can call her if we have a romance with her, and Johnny admits he likes her too.

So if even Johnny Silverhand likes him, who can hate him ?

Makes me wonder how fucked could it get morally for you, if you actually had the chance to slide it after Jackie's passing.

I understand why the developers wanted the romanceable characters to feel more realistic by giving them different sexualities. But I think that in the year 2077 where everyone can change himself to look almost like a robot you can change your gender without any problem.
[...]
What I meant to say was that I think that every character should be open for any gender for romance. They should instead react on your actions, for example, Judy would like people to be more pacifistic than Panam.

Am I the only one who thinks this would be a great way to add your own personality into the game? And sure, it's way harder to implement such a mechanic into the game than letting it be but I just find it very sad that there are some paths already blocked just by your gender, even if it makes sense. :(

I agree with you, I wrote something similar a few replies back, but it's probably lost down all the others.

But yeah, I feel like in that specific scenario, gender should not limit your chances of being with someone, and I do agree that the best way to do it would have been to have each partner react in a different way to your in-game choices, making you closer to them if you decide to be good enough, siding with their personalities more.

That's why I prever Judy over Panam, I love both, both are awesome, but personality of Judy might be closer to me?
