Resistance to Magic attribute

Not sure if this is where I should post this and if not then please let me know where and I will repost.

Playing on PC

I have done The Rose of Remembrance 4 times now starting at a saved game before I pick the rose.

I do not sleep with Triss. But I am not getting the attribute. Is this a quest bug, or is my game bugged.

Playing EE which I got through Amazon.com

Another bug concerning this particular part of the act or rather quest is that the journal doesn't update properly if you have the romance scene with Triss but deny her afterwards.

'[...] The witcher started looking for an exit.'

This is the last entry in the journal so basically there is one passage missing and then one more regarding your choice after the romance scene.

Also: is it possible to enter the elven bath alone? After destroying the wall with the Ard Sign you can't jump down so I guess not?
