Respawns

I was fighting a Nightwraith in open world, barely made it with 20% health and went to meditation (for 1h) to replenish swallows.

I play on Blood so my health dosnt go up again, the Nightwraith respawn behind me and 1 shot me before i can do anything.

I can see Drowners and some things respawns but these 'Bosses' at Hidden treasures should NEVER EVER respawn, why do they? It is to please the grinders? it breaks immersion badley aswell.

At hidden chests and guarded chests they don't usually respawn once you have looted the chests. I am guessing you're in south west area of vellen though as they do respawn. My suggestion is you need to level up a bit more before approaching that area.

Only the Burglars and monsters respawn.
