Respec bug

I recently used the respec button to respec my attribute points in Cyberpunk. I have a total of 114 but when clicking the respec, I only got 93 points back and 21 were used. This is weird since I could not see where the 21 used points were speced into. Am I the only one that has experience this bug?

I just tried and no issue on my side (fresh playthrough started in 1.6)
96 perk points in total before, 96 after and no "remaining" used perk points.

So if you use mods, it could be due to mods and/or it could only affect "old" saves loaded in 1.6.
Anyway, I sugest to send a ticket to the support to report it (with a save file if possible) > "Contact Us" button.
(no category for this kind of issue, but this one could do the job too)

I have the same issue respec and lost like 10 perk points. no mods clean install. if i manualy removed all the perk points then reset all atributes i dont lose the perks tho.

We definitely need to clarify if people are using mods or if they have ever used any in the past. (In other words, if you modded your game in the past, removed mods, then reloaded one of those saved games, it will still have an effect. Please, confirm if you are using a 100% vanilla playthrough.)
