"Resurrected" Completed Quest Bug
FORGOT TO PUT SPOILERS IN THE TITLE!
STOP NOW IF YOU DON'T WANT MINOR SPOILERS!
During the "In Wolf's Clothing" quest while I was searching for clues in Freya's garden, there was a clue that was for a previously completed quest right beside the well you jump into to find Craven (Skjall). When I examined it, it brought up the "Nameless" quest again with no objectives whatsoever. It's just stuck there. Currently, there are no problems with gameplay and it's just annoying every time I look at the journal. However, I'm afraid that it will have consequences later on in the game.
I'd appreciate it if someone looked into this.

BTW Reloading previous savefiles didn't work. ALL my previous save files, even those that have "Nameless" completed, have that quest in them.
