Description: Reuhin does not resummon from the graveyard during the same turn if it was consumed by Wererat, but on the next turn.

Its not a big. Its the wording. Both units act at the end of the turn. Since the order is left to right you end your turn and then wererat acts first so Reuhin cannot have a turn. You need to consume him before you end your turn
