Reuven's treasure bug!

Hi,
I have killed all the witch hunters, but found no key to unlock the door in Menge's room. Additionaly, it seems that 1 witch hunter is locked in a wall and I can't do anything to proceed. What can I do to go out this mansion, I walk around it for like one hour straight without any progress

Unfortunately, in cases like that all you can do is load an earlier save game (ideally a save game right before the quest starts) and try again.
