Revert to Patch 1.03 or Uninstall Patch 1.04

Revert to Patch 1.03 or Uninstall Patch 1.04

With patch 1.04, if I bind mouse keys 4 or 5, my "E" key quits functioning in the looting window (may be other consequences but this is the one I've noticed). I'd had everything working with version 1.03. So is there a way to uninstall patch 1.04 or revert to patch 1.03 without completely re-installing the game? I'd rather not resort to uninstalling the entire thing as I may have to also uninstall and re-install nVidia software and drivers to get everything working correctly again with patch 1.03. I've turned off auto-updates but it's a case of closing the barn door after the eggs have hatched (or some other mixed metaphor).

I believe the E key in the loot window still works. I think the reason it doesn't loot everyting is that the mouse cursor used to be placed on the first entry of the list and therefore spamming E worked fine. Now the window is bigger, the cursor is below the first line and it won't loot anything not highlighted.
