Reverting to previos version

Had a game downloaded from gog. I notice it is updated to version 2.0. However I don't like the gameplay changes introduced in that version. So I'm wondering if it is possible to somehow revert to previous version.

There's no way to uninstall just the patch. You could reinstall a pre-2.0 version (you did save the earlier installer, didn't you?), and don't allow the Launcher to connect to the net, so it won't autopatch it.
