I completed the 3rd node for Keira Metz in order to get the premium Thunderstorm card, I used my 3 reward points and I completed my 5 matches in seasonal mode. After that the quest just disappeared in my quest list. I could not claim anything, and I did not get the card in my deck builder. I already had one premium Thunderstorm, now it supposed to have 2 premium Thunderstorm.
Another thing happened during gameplay is that after my 3rd match to the completion of "play 5 seasonal matches", the seasonal mode was locked, it was grey, so I restarted the game, and it was restored. After that I finished other 2 seasonal matches, expecting the reward. But nothing was given.
Btw, I cant proceed after the Keira Metz 3rd node, even though it is showing me I completed the 3rd node, I can't click on the node after it.
At this point, I don't mind resetting my 3rd Keira Metz node and not having the second premium Thunderstorm card. Can you just give back my 3 reward points?
