Road to Bald Mountain after Story is finished

After completing the Story and going back to the bald mountain, i found a rather odd situation. Before going there in the story, the place is filled with nothing but foglets and during the story-mission, there are people and no foglets.
Now, there are tents, fires and people (like during the misson) and Foglets amidst the crowd. This is odd, because not only is the sabbath over, but the foglets do not bother any of the NPCs, so i guess this is a bug.

Yeah, I discovered this the other day lol.

First when I went there I was like level 15 or something and it was filled with level 25 foglets, then I followed the story quest and there were the Sabbath people but the occassional foglet decoy fog spawn (you know level 0 mist offspring) and now after game there are foglets and people living in peace. Made me lol.
