Rogue dead in Aldecaldos end?

So if you go with the Aldecaldos for the final mission but end up giving up your body to Johnny then, in the epilogue, when he goes to the Columbarium, he leaves Rogues gun as if she is dead. You still get her video call during the credits though.
I don't know if this happens every time or just if you already have her gun from a previous ending (like I did).
Also, not a bug, but it doesn't make much sense that Panam video is exactly the same if you give Johnny your body when you're with Rogue or with the Aldecaldos since, you know, she is right there with you

I don't know if this happens every time or just if you already have her gun from a previous ending (like I did).

I think having the gun is the reason. I also did the same ending but it was before I got Rogue's gun and Johnny did not visit her grave.

And I also got that weirdness with Panam standing right there when I gave Johnny the body but having no reaction for it.
