The Crinfrid Reavers notably remembered her name as Conifer.

For every character who isn't informed of the parts of her plans would say her methods are unpredictable.
I still don't agree with you. It wasn't a secret that Yennefer was going to try to kill dragon. And when Geralt and others confirmed that it was Djinn they were instantly aware that she will try to capture him. For unpredictable person her moves are too easily predictable lol :D

Only Geralt knew her well enough to see that she would his affection for her to get him to kill it - Everyone else just thought she was going to fight it and get killed on her own, maybe Dandelion would've guessed but the others didn't know so much about their relationship.

Geralt only knew because she let him see the trap she had laid for the Djinn.. And then she bewitched him and sent him on his mini rampage - Something she clearly planned but wasn't predictable..

It's easier to call out that a character is being predictable when you're on the outside looking in on it, a la reading it, but the characters in the scenes normally don't know as much as you're told when reading it.

She was going to try to kill Dragon alone and told this to other hunters. And everyone were expecting this to happened. She asked Geralt to kill dragon after she saw that human are too slow for Dragon. And this was also quite logical. Geralt didn't know that she was going to capture Djinn, he even didn't know this was possible. He was told that Yennefer was going to capture him by other man (don't remember his name and too lazy to look at the book). When it became clear that it was Djinn that man easily predicted that she will try to capture him. And Geralt didn't know her well by that time - he saw her first time during this misadventure.

Something she clearly planned but wasn't predictable..
again it was predictable as you say she was planning this - her method was a surprise. Not her intention to avenge those who were badmouthing her :D

Also if you don't know person many of his action would be unpredictable for you... Yennefer actions are always logical and can be predictable :)

Dandelion gets attacked by a Djinn, She believes it's bound to Dandelion alone because of what he tells her, she places demon-summoning paraphernalia around Dandy:

"The medallion on the witcher's neck started to quiver, sharply and rhythmically.A glass sphere the size of a small watermelon, aflame with a milky light, lay in the centre ofthe floor. The sphere marked the heart of a precisely traced nine-pointed star whose armsreached the corners and walls of the small chamber. A red pentagram was inscribed within thestar. The tips of the pentagram were marked by black candles standing in weirdly shapedholders. Black candles had also been lit at the head of the bed where Dandilion, covered withsheepskins, rested. The poet was breathing peacefully; he didn't wheeze or rasp anymore andthe rictus of pain had disappeared from his face, to be replaced by an idiotic smile of happiness...

'The things you've set on the floor,' he interrupted, 'are used to summon demons. Someonealways comes to harm where demons are summoned. I won't allow it.''—not a hair of his head will be harmed,' continued the sorceress, without paying anyattention to his words. 'His voice will be even more beautiful and he'll be very pleased, evenhappy. We'll all be happy. And we'll part with no ill-feelings or resentment.' "

Geralt can be naive, but I refuse believe he didn't put 1 and 1 together there. But nobody else knew - Until it was already happening.

She could've caught the Djinn had Geralt not been the master of the Djinn and Geralt's knowing of her plan would've have mattered at all, luckily she deemed to show it to him because she was sure that the Djinn only had one master, if not it would've killed her as Geralt may not have been able to get free from the Dungeon, he did make a guard explode!

And had Geralt not been there - She may still have done so, or at least tried, she's independent and a truly powerful Sorceress, but obviously Borch probably is more powerful.

For the first two playthroughs before reading the books, I went with Yen. After reading the books, did another TW2 playthrough to refresh my memory - Triss was surprisingly similar to how she acted in the books. As for TW3 third playthough, I really didn't need books to illustrate how stereotypical and boring Triss was, just like Radovid. I suppose you gotta have these lame black and white characters to cater the masses on these days.
