I'm doing my best to watch the whole video but but but ... has the world gone crazy by allowing all kinds of sexual messages from fashion shows and TV comercials to Hollywood movies and ban those from games and books that present a fictional world?
Ok, never thought of dissecting a game based on it's country of origin and if males and females are represented equally. A game for adults.

Guilty as charged. I had a real Cynthia crush after playing Secret of Loc Muinne for the first time. Her outfit design is stunning. Great character.
I did it on one of my playthroughs as well. In the other Iorveth playthrough I killed both her and Adalbert.
This is basically a "I liked it before it was cool" post. And "kid's game"? Seriously?
A valid concern, as it does happen. You're being a tad absolutist there tho.... how about "...could be bad" & "...can end up becoming casual". We'll just have to wait and see, but I for one am buoyed by what we have seen today. I feared Batmans combat system would infiltrate the game, and I don;t see that at all in the vid, I see an improved version of TW2 (particularly in the targeting - the major problem with TW2).
Guilty as well, also LOVED her character design. Was one of the best ones IMO. And I am REALLY interested in her character and her function for the Northern Kingdom. I didn't read (all) the books and don't know exactly how mages like her are working in the northern kingdom and her character and model was really amazing IMO.

The Witcher 2 also only had those "serious" love scenes.
Sure, the only real serious relationship which was possible was with Triss, but aside from the succubus and this one elven girl the "love scenes" had a very romantic tough, it was more character and less "collecting cards".
I am sure however that TW3 will also feature at least the 1 or 2 "one night stands" along the way. I mean come on, it's Geralt we are talking about. It's not like he didn't do it in the books either, right?

Yea I hope when CDPR talks about wanting to have more "proper romances" they don't just exclude those minor encounters along the way. Those little encounters like the Succubus, Cynthia or the Elf if you saved her in Flotsam just added that nice flavor, I didn't even choose to have sex with them on my first playthrough, but having the option there was neat.
An open world provides an even better opportunity to have those little encounters around the place, especially with 50 hours of side-quests. So I do hope they haven't just completely binned random romances/sexual encounters. I really liked how Romance & Sex was done in TW2, and it would be nice to see it the same in TW3 but naturally just more of it relative to the increased length of the game.
I have a feeling that herbalist girl from griffin hunt video is one of those 'minor romances'...
That's precisely what they're doing. However whether they use that as an opportunity to create more sexual encounters, I doubt it. I can't see CDPR going back to doing sex/romance like TW1 again (Not even referring to the Cards, just the volume of Sex and how shallow many of the encounters were), even when they aren't tied to a pre-defined protagonist.
Perhaps, but personally I'm not quite ready to draw conclusions based on that one exchange of smiles. I just hope those minor romances exist.
I wish they had sex cards, I never played TW1 but I know it would be way more awesome if it was in TW3. It don't have to be shallow, but then again I want each female to be and do their own thing when it comes to sexy stuff in the game. Geralt should be able to have many flings or one night stands, this game is going to be fucking huge and it's made for adults anyways. I would like the freedom to do these things, if I want to take a brake from monster hunting or other in game games, I can just go chase some tail with Geralt. I would much rather have more female sex options in this massive open world game then not enough. Yep, I am all for a FREE Chase the Tail DLC, or One Night Stand DLC. Hey, CDPR can do it naughty and tasteful somewhere in-between TW1 and TW2. I hope Geralt plays his cards right and don't end up with some awful STD in the end lol...but it would make for some funny side quests I bet. e.g Geralt has to go do some silly/crazy ass shit just to rid himself from the nasty std/curse he caught, because he was sleeping around like an idiot with every other slut he met in the game.

The question is will Geralt get a choice outside of Triss or Yen when it comes to a final woman to settle on. And will the women now react if he's unfaithful. Would've been nice if Triss at least mentioned I was hitting up the brothels, Ves, the Succubus etc. I can't imagine Yen being ok with that.
