But it would lose its seriousness. It would be really a ridiculous feature. Sex and romance should be handled as cutscenes, to give them the depth and uniqueness they deserve. Geralt is no Casanova.
Sex is not about high seriousness, and allowing Geralt and his main squeeze (whoever she is at whatever point in the story) to make public displays of affection is not per se ridiculous. There's an important subtext of TW2 that Triss can't keep her crush on Geralt from showing. There should be all sorts of signs between Geralt and Yennefer (if they haven't forgotten or rejected each other) in TW3.
Bah I just cannot imagine Geralt kissing anyone while chasing a monster, or even simply walking in a city or traveling through the world. He's not that kind of lover. Therefore, I don't see the point of implementing the possibility of kissing anytime. Possibility that, with all probability, is not going to be in the game anyway. End of problem then.

It kind of is in Witcher land. Even Geralt's flings are generally treated seriously, and he's not really a PDA kind of guy (there being one major exception after re-uniting with Yen after a rather long breakup) . Also, the sexual humor and more lighthearted romance stuff tends to be about what others have been getting up to, or it occurs in private.

This is what separates Witcher from nearly everything else in games. Yen and Triss are no conquest, no prize at the end of a dialog tree. They are complex human beings with their own motivations that don't necessarily include Geralt..

I got an Idea for a setting for a romance scene
Lets consider Geralt and Triss for this scene
both Geralt and Triss are travelling in a boat during night time
a few dialogues and if the player agrees to romance with triss
the scene will happen on the boat with calm waters slowly turning to tides
and Triss moaning in pleasure as the lonely boat on the water with a lit lantern drifting away !
If Yen was there instead of triss make it more WILD !
or take it to underwater world if it is a beautiful mermaids

If you're talking about a small wooden boat, that would be unimaginably uncomfortable unless it's specifically designed for it.
If you're talking about a large boat... Two people having sex wouldn't really rock the boat enough to cause waves...
Still, it's not a terrible idea.
In regards to the big picture: I'm perfectly fine with small amounts of sex in TW3, and I'm perfectly fine with massive amounts of sex in TW3, as long as it's optional I'm happy. Actually, a very nice thing would be a conversation option to not have sex without rejecting the other party and making them hate you.

OMG .... lol how offended she is... she turns all of geralt and the witcher universe into a offense to the female species..... like the game is nothing but woman lining up for geralt... funny how the collecting cards mechanic ticked her off... i kind of felt she made a solid point there since it could be interpreted that way ... but she made more out of it than it is... i cant deny the stuff about adda though... dont remember the whole story about it.... but is that really a reason to hate the whole series ? arent rpg games not about having options... you can have it to play out this way... but that doesnt mean youre forced to... you can make your experience and choices the way you want... its an rpg... she choose to play it that way... says smth about her ..more than it does say smth about the game imo
