So in the book in the game it reads "a shipwreck occurred during a journey from cintra to skellige which took the lives of the urcheon and pavetta" but emhyr is urcheon and hes clearly alive, so was it a mistake in the book

Probably not a mistake, cuz not many people know that Emhyr is urcheon, and rest of people think that Pavetta and Duny died that night on ship wreck
