RTX 2080 Ti Stuttering

GPU: RTX 2080 Ti Gainward Phoenix GS
CPU: I7 7700k 4.9ghz
SSD NVME 2 Samsung Evo Plus 970
Ram: 2x8 DDR4 3200mhz
Power: EVGA 1300w


Is there any way to fix the stuttering, I'm not using mods and Hairwork is off, I'm playing in 4k but it's stuttering, I'm in Skellige at the moment. Someone to help me, I did all the internet fix and so far nothing.

You‘ll definitely have to limit the framerate as mentioned in that thread. Also make sure that none of your hardware is overclocked

Keep in mind, that even on a great PC 4K can be tough, so you might have to lower some of the other settings too (like shadows, for example).

Rolling Back my Nvidia Driver

Nvidia driver 419.67 fix the problem, running very well at ultra with mod on 4k.
