Perhaps you're bottlenecking elsewhere? Did you enable XMP/DOCP in BIOS for your RAM?

Also, are all the 8pin connectors for your GPU getting their own cable to the PSU?

Xmp is on, I have 32gb 3600mhz ram sitting at around 12gb usage.
And yes, each have their own cable.

Other games run as expected and my time spy scores are on par with other 3080 users

I have an RTX 3090 (MSI GAMING X TRIO) and I9-9900k, RAM 32 GB, SSD 2 TB ecc..., I have set all the settings to maximum (ultra and psycho), RT psycho on a resolution of 3440x1440 and with DLSS deactivated I play at 30 fps, with DLSS active I get 55 / 58 fps. Few bugs and few frame drops.

Me and all my friends that have RTX 3070 cards are having the same problem.
The game runs fine without RTX turned ON, but whenever we turn ANY of the RTX functions ON, even the lowest illumination option, without reflections and shadows.
The FPS tanks to around 40-50 frames, exactly. I tried running the game at the lowest graphical settings and turning each of the RTX features, one at a time, and the result is always the same, exactly 40-50 frames, even if the game was running at 100fps before.
I'll repeat, ANY of the RTX settings immediately tanks a 3070, that was recommended for running the game on 1440p Ultra RTX.
I don't even play on 1440p, I play at 1080p.

I have an RTX 3070, i7-7700K, 16GB RAM and Windows 10 on my rig. At first when I played the game, I got a very good 90 fps on ultra settings. But the next day onwards, after I am getting an fps of about 30-45 (very low) at 1080p no matter what settings I use, whether its ultra - low. I tried switching of DLSS on/off and all its various settings but still get the same.

After searching online, I did the following steps-
1. Reinstalled GeForce Drivers with Clean DDU in Safe Mode
2. Reinstalled the entire game.
3. Reinstalled windows itself.

But no change after all this, whatever settings I put, I get the same 30-45 fps.

RTX 3090 here with a Ryzen 3900X, running at 5120x1440 on Win 10 17763 LTSC. My frames seem to be capped at 60 when looking at a scene no matter how complex, or 90 when looking at the sky. Edit: I have freesync turned off.

The settings which had the most impact on FPS were the volumetric settings which gave me a nice 5-10 frame bump, but otherwise only toggling DLSS makes any real difference, dropping to 25-20 when disabled.

Using task manager and looking at the GPU section of the performance tab (which has a big impact on frames while open) it looks like the GPU is massively under utilized, it seems to be used more when watching youtube than playing CP2077.

I have the exact same Issue. In the Steam Forums are many more People.(https://steamcommunity.com/app/1091500/discussions/0/2988665684326976847/?ctp=6)

What i I´ve done till now:
-Delete all GPU Drivers with DDU
-Install the newest Driver(also tried install the previous Driver)
-Update BIOS (tested Versions 2502 an 3003)
-Turn DOCP on/off (RAM)
-Start the game with adminastrator rights
-Use multiple Monitors (16:9 1920x1080 and a 21:9 3440x1440)
-Update Chipset-Driver
-Re-install the game on different Drives

I only have 35fps on low, middle, high with RTX on/off and DLSS on/off, all resolutions

My System: 5900x, GTX 3090 Gaming Trio x, 32gb RAM Gskil CL16(B-Dies), Asus ROG Crosshair Hero VII (WI-FI), be quiet straight Power 1000W, WD SN850 1TB (PCIe 4.0) and 970 evo 1TB (PCIe 3.0)

I have a very similar system with Zotac 3090, same problem. The issue is the game, not windows and not hardware.

I'm playing a Gigabyte 3080 and I'm having an issue where my FPS is just firmly locked and stuck at 30fps. I tried lowering all settings to LOW and then all ULTRA, I even changed my resolution from 1440p down to the lowest possible, and nothing gives. No matter what, I'm just stuck at 30fps. And yes, I have V sync OFF and framerates unlocked. I have latest drivers installed, latest Windows version. Everything I can think of. No other game gives me problems like this. But for some reason, I can't get past 30fps. Either there's something eating away at the CPU side, or it's just not optimized properly to all RTX cards? I don't know what's going on.

I should note that I'm playing on Steam. I don't know if that's a faulty version or what.

..the game is broken, I have AMD5800 and 3090 GPU and only get 30fps. 4k or 1080p, 30fps.

I will play again when it is fixed, for now back to Division 2.

Is anyone else experiencing poor gpu utilisation?

I'm currently running a brand new RTX 3080 and 5900x and have clean installed latest drivers on a fresh windows install. Yet, the game struggles to get about 60fps at 1080p lowest settings. (And yes, other games on the machine run as well as expected)

The GPU sits at around 30%-60% utilisation according to both MSI Afterburner and Nvidia overlay, and the cpu is barely stressed at around 30% with no cores maxed out.

Something is definitely not right... I've tried a whole load of troubleshooting steps with no luck. Attempted to roll back drivers, reinstall the game ect ect...

Is this an issue other people are seeing, and are CDPR aware of it?
Does anyone know of any potential solutions?

Thanks :)

same for me, and I have almost no shadows on characters, it looks poor. Ray tracing works fine but my graphic card is sleepy.

Task Manger isn't reliable for reporting GPU usage, use HWInfo instead

Not sure why but the game is so slow. I have a new PC and it is just so choppy even if i turn the graphics down to low and run it at the lowest res.

I have :
Z490 Gigabyte Aorus Motherboard
Intel i9 10900K CPU
16Gb RAM Gigabyte 3600Mhz RAM with XMP turned on
Samsung SSD
Soundblaster AE-5 Plus
Gigabyte AORUS NVIDIA 3700 OC 8G GAMING graphics card

Based on the spec's on the Cyberpunk website this should support Ray Tracing Medium level of graphics.

Except when I pay the audio is very choppy, and the game becomes unplayable.

All my drivers are updated to the latest versions. Its doing my head in as I am loving this game.

It was actually playing really well during the training mission, and until the mission to steal the relic.
