Rune Diagrams in Act II, Roche's Path?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but it looks to me like I can't buy any diagrams to craft runes post-Act I if I took Roche's path because only Vergen has a merchant that sells them. Is this true or am I missing something?

If it's true, this seems like a really odd choice given that everything else seems to be more or less available in both locations. Plus I have a shit-ton of Elemental Stones and now I can't do anything with them. Grumblegrumble.

You're right; I can't find any sellers of rune diagrams in the Kaedweni camp or the camp followers' camp either. You'll be able to buy them again in Act III.

And here I was feeling all smart because I had everything to craft my robust blue meteorite sword the minute I arrived at the camp. Everything except the runes I wanted to put on it. Haha.

You can buy the runes themselves, so you don't need to leave your sword naked.

I know, but with money being as tight as it always is in this game, I was kinda trying to avoid that. Plus once I get the diagram I wouldn't have to worry about buying new runes when I get the next sword. Oh well. I'll manage.
