Runes (?) on dwarven shields in Gwent

To which real-world script the runes used on dwarven shields belong? What do they mean?



(I am aware there was a topic for alphabets, but since the last post is 2016, I've assumed it would be safer to create the fresh one.)

Hard to tell, but it looks like something inspired by some variation of Gothic minuscule, probably English black letter. No idea what it means, though...

It seems I misunderstood you, then. I thought by real-world script you were referring to calligraphy.
And yeah, similarities between the two pavises are quite obvious, nice find.

But is it Latin alphabet? It doesn't look like it.
