Runestone/Gylphs crafting bug

I can't craft any gylphs or runestones even when I have the ingredients needed. i.e. lesser aard gylphs. The crafting diagram just mark the item as 0 even when I have 12 of those in my inventory. Anyone else experiencing this?

I've seen this I believe that ruinsstones were broken when the game was released as the 3% stones were labeled "Lesser." When they fixed that and the 0% Chernobog stones the fix broke all the stones and glyphs it showed that crafting for the earlier stones was broken.
