Russian language pack for EU GOTY edition

Hi,
could someone answer, if the russian language pack will be available in future for German region. I do not understand, why it is not allowed to download something, that already exists. Are there CDPR people here? Can someone answer please?

All the language pack threads don't answer my question. I know, that the russian pack is not available for Germany now. The question is, will it be in future? Should I wait for it or play now? The tech support is silent(

I don't think it will be if it isn't there already. So I'd suggest to start your game now

It's odd. I do not understand it. The pack exists, why is it not allowed? It is not in the disk with limited storage. It's online. Why is it not possible? Democracy as it is...

I have the same problem for italian region. My tries to get a answer for it are hopeless.

Available languages depend on the store region and the publisher. As far as I know, there will not be any changes regarding language packs on PS4 anytime soon.
