Same Finisher Move Every Time

So for some reason (and this just started) every time I fight a human enemy, they always go into a finisher state. And what's more, the same finishing move plays every single time (sword through the chest).

This is not a once in a while thing, ever single human enemy I face has this exact same thing happen to them. Every time. Without fail. Anyone else had this issue?

You could try disabling, then reenabling the finishers DLC and see if that makes a difference (I don't know how easy this is on console)

Strange. I would imagine it's just sheer, dumb luck.

Try saving right near a larger fight, then engage in the combat. When you're done, immediately reload and fight it through again. If you can do that 3 times successively, and the same finisher crops up every single time, I'd say that's evidence that something is funky. (Screen capture or a video of each fight will help. You can just film the screen on your phone. Quality is irrelevant, just as long as we can see the behavior.)
