When using the Operator on Savage Bear, the spawned card doesn't get extra charges for the copies already in the graveyard. It seems strange to me since getting additional charges doesn't count as a Deploy ability, does it? Is this a bug or a feature?
it does. it says deploy savage bear and gain 1 charge for each in the graveyard. it also comes with 1 charge normally and has zeal normally. the extra charges are a deploy ability though.
