Save Bug

Currently experiencing a save game bug in the 6th Street zone primarily, but it happens elsewhere too.
Whenever I try to manually save or quick save, the game just says I'm unable to save. Autosaves don't work either.
I can usually get around it by fast travelling out of the area, usually the Badlands will always work.

Is this bug known to CDPR, and is a fix incoming?
