Save Import Choices

Sorry for coming late to the party, I'm sure this has been asked a lot before but I'm curently doing a somewhat speedy replay of witcher2 since all my saves that are ready for import have Triss romanced and as a fan of the books I want to pursue Yen. So my questions are: 1. How do I not romance Triss without losing her friendship? Do I simply not take her on the rose of remembrence quest?
2. Is it even necesary to replay the game? Will romancing Triss cause problems in Wild Hunt if I want Yen?

Yup, this is the video I was talking about. My mistake thinking it was IGN though. Been watching a bunch of their stuff recently.
