Save problem

Well after i finished the Keira Metz quest line. now i am unable to save. is anyone having this issue and is there a way to solve the problem without me having to loos the last 1 hour or so.

I'm no tech support specialist, but maybe you could try alt-tabbing, finding your save directory and determining whether you are indeed unable to save or it's just a temporary display issue
