Saved games being overwritten

Hi, for some reason witcher 3 is randomly deleting the oldest save file once a new game is started. First with my last 2022 file that had over 200 hrs and every single thing complete. Now has done again with a save file from my completion of main game and dlcs last week. No updates so its not corrupted and deleted from being a different version. Is there any way to retrieve that save with 150 hrs or is that lost now (and why, it should never be deleting any of the manual saves?!)

Im on PS4 console, version 4.04

I'm not completely sure, but it sounds like you may have hit some sort of storage limit from the game, either via space allocated on the console or the cloud.
